This is a trailer from Jake and Kristen’s Indianapolis wedding we filmed last week. It was such a beautiful fall day that couldn’t have been more perfect. We started off the day with Jake and his groomsmen getting ready at The Columbia Club and Kristen and her bridesmaids at the Omni Sevrein Hotel. There was so much excitement and Kristen couldn’t stop smiling all morning. The ceremony took place at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Jake and Kristen decided not to see each other before the ceremony and as you can see in the trailer, he was overcome with emotion seeing his bride coming down the isle. After the ceremony it was off to the IMA for some photos then to the Indiana Roof Ballroom for the amazing party. The Ballroom was so stunning and there were so many details, which will be lots of in the full film.
We had the pleasure of working with an amazing team to make this the “Best Day Ever” for Jake and Kristen.

This is the same day edit we filmed and edited for Karna and Trisha this weekend. We loved how they incorporated both his Hindu traditions and her Christian traditions to unite their families together. We started off Thursday at Karna’s parents home to get some shots of Trisha getting the henna applied to her arms and feet. Friday night was the Sangeet at the Horizon Convention Center. We loved capturing all the performances put on by their family and friends and then the party continued with lots of dancing. The dance floor was packed. Then Saturday was the big day! Everything took place at the Horizon Convention Center. We started off filming Karna getting ready for his Baraat and Trisha getting ready for the Hindu ceremony. The Hindu ceremony was so beautiful and we love all the traditions of the ceremony. It was then time to get ready for the Christian ceremony. It was so sweet how emotional and important their wedding vows are to them. I especially loved how bouncy Trisha got toward the end, she just couldn’t contain her excitement to be married. Once the reception starts it is crunch time for editing as we are down to the final hour or so until showtime and it is important to us to get the couples first dance in if possible. As soon as the speeches and parent dances finished the film was shown to the entire reception.
Thank you to the Sarin and Wise family and friends for their hospitality and it was a pleasure working with you to make this film for you to treasure forever.
Our amazing Jenna did an outstanding job at editing this film. A special thanks to Felicia for coming along to help out where needed and our friend JJ Kim from Orange Wedding Films out of Chicago to help us film. We enjoyed working with Jen & Steven from Jennifer Van Elk Photographers and DJ Jeet from Shaadi Entertainment and the staff at Horizon Convention Center.

This is a trailer for the Colorado Wedding we filmed a few weeks ago for Ryan and Makenzie. Colorado is our second home and we love getting to work there as much as possible. We were extremely excited for Ryan and Makenzie’s fall mountain wedding and it did not disappoint. We started off our day with the girls getting hair and makeup done at The Brown Palace Hotel in Downtown Denver. We then headed down to St Peter Catholic Church in Monument for the ceremony and then to the gorgeous Spruce Mountain Ranch a few minutes away in Larkspur. We hope you enjoyed this little sneak peek as to what will be coming soon.

It was so perfect for Jordan and Aubrey to have an Indiana University wedding. Not only are they both IU grads but Jordan played basketball for IU. We had met Jordan 6 year earlier when we filmed his brother Jay and sister-in-law Lauren’s wedding. We always love when we get to film siblings weddings, so we were extremely excited Jordan and Aubrey chose us to film their wedding as well.
With all the rain we had been having this summer I kept my eye on the radar and prayed we did not have any rain for their big day. It started out very cloudy but then the sun started to peak out, which made for a cool time lapse of the church when I arrived. Their ceremony took place at St Charles Catholic Church in Bloomington and it was such a beautiful ceremony. Their bubble exit from the church was so fun! We then moved to the Indiana University Campus for bridal party photos. Their reception took place at one of our favorite venues on campus, Henke Hall of Champions at Memorial Stadium. I just love how bright and open this space is, plus the view of the football field is pretty cool too.
Thank you Jordan and Aubrey for having us film your beautiful wedding. You both are amazing individuals and make an even more amazing team.
